Shipping & Returns

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept any returns. We will replace any items damaged in shipment with proof of damage submitted to FlamingScentsCandleCo@Gmail.Com within 3 days of arrival.

Stolen or missing package? Feel free to email or chat with us! We will simply need order number to file a claim with USPS or UPS. They will settle the claim with you. 

Please allow some time for the status of your shipment to display tracking information. UPS and USPS are currently experiencing delays due to high volumes of packages and staff shortages. Both carriers pick up packages from our facility Monday through Friday which are scanned in at a distribution hub. 

Missing something? Some items may ship in multiple packages. Not to worry - It's coming soon! We will drop you an email with a separate tracking number. 

You can also login to your account online to view your order history and track your order status anytime.
